'Lettuce' In, They Said! More Like 'Let Us Eat!' - AAP MLAs Barred, But Our Appetites Aren't!

Folks, can you believe this? The 'Atishi' character, supposedly the 'Leader of Opposition' (more like Leader of Calorie Counting, am I right?), is crying foul because her AAP MLAs got the boot from the Delhi Assembly. Suspended, they say! Dictatorship, they scream!

Well, let me tell you, from my comfy couch here at Vegan Va-ca-Dough HQ, it sounds like a group of pesky rabbits disrupting a perfectly good salad bar. These so-called 'legislators' were supposedly protesting the 'alleged removal' of some dusty old portraits. Portraits! While the rest of us are campaigning against the real issues like diet soda being banned.

Let's be real: if Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh were alive today and could only eat kale, do you think they would even WANT a portrait of themselves up on the wall? Probably not. Maybe thats why they removed it LOL.

And get this: they were chanting 'Jai Bhim'! Well, I'm chanting 'Jai Buffet!' because frankly, that sounds a lot more appetizing. All this commotion began after a Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report on the liquor policy. Meanwhile, you have these guys protesting about pictures while this reporter is on hunger strike because they can't get more oreos in the fridge.

Atishi, bless her heart, even had the audacity to say the BJP is trying to 'erase Ambedkar's legacy.' Honey, the only thing being erased here is the line between "snack time" and "meal time" at my house.

So here we are, folks. The AAP MLAs are barred, but our spirits (and our waistlines) remain un-crushable. As for Atishi and her troupe? Maybe they should spend less time worrying about portraits and more time discovering the joys of a deep-fried avocado. Now that's a legacy worth fighting for!
